Event Ticket Policy

GlamShopGirls.com Event Ticket Policy Agreement

By entering a Fashionable Soles, Inc. (“GlamShopGirls.com”) event, purchasing a ticket to the event, or receiving a complimentary admission ticket or pass, you (“Event Attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

By entering the event, you agree that GlamShopGirl.com’s may videotape and photograph you, and record your voice, conversation and sounds, during and in connection with your appearance and that GlamShopGirl.com’s shall be the exclusive owner of the results of such taping, photography and recording (the “property”) with the right to use that property throughout the world in all media now known or hereinafter invented, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, and to copyright and license others to use all or any portion, or a reproduction, thereof in the same manner, including, without limitation, in a program to be produced and disseminated by a promotional partner or advertising partner of GlamShopGirl.com’s. You also agree that your photo or a likeness of you may be used for promotional purposes without compensation to you.

When purchasing a ticket or receiving a complimentary admission ticket or pass, Event Attendee immediately assumes any and all risks and danger incidental to the event for which they are attending, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Event attendee shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlamShopGirl.com’s and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns, the facility, participants, participating advertisers, vendors, sponsors, and clients, and the respective owners, officers, directors, agents and employees of each from and against all liability, actions, claims, demands, judgments, penalties, fines, losses, property damage, other injuries GlamShopGirl.com’s, reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the event purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or who fails to comply with any rules, instructions, event parameters, known or unknown to the attendee.

GlamShopGirl.com’s Credit Card Policy: All ticket orders are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable and can be given to a third party. You must be 21 years of age or older to attend this event. If you purchase tickets for minors under the age of 21 they will not be allowed in the event and no refund will be made available. GlamShopGirl.com’s Media, Inc. will not issue exchanges or refunds or apply ticket purchase amounts to other events after a purchase has been made or if your tickets have been lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed. GlamShopGirl.com may revise this Agreement at any time by updating this posting without notice to you. Such revisions are effective to you immediately upon posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Agreement, because they are binding on you. The terms “you” and “user” as used in this Agreement refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this Site for any reason.
